Viewing Grades and Degree Progress
Grades
- Select Academic Records, then Check Grades in E‑Services to view all grades you have received at SMSU.
Interactive Degree Audit Report (DARS)
- Select Academic Records, then Degree Audit in E‑Services to view the Minnesota State Student Planner (DARS).
Your DARS Report is an important planning tool, especially when meeting with your academic adviser.
The report shows:
- Credits you have earned and how they are applied
- Your major and minor requirements
- Credits you still need to complete your degree
Many students find the DARS Report difficult to read at first. If you have questions or need help understanding it, contact your academic adviser. You may be asked to print a copy of your DARS Report for advising appointments.
Financial Aid Information
The Financial Aid tab in E‑Services is used to view your Award Letter and other financial aid details.
