Manage Your Personal Information in E‑Services

You can update and manage your personal information using the Account Management feature in the E‑Services portal. This allows you to keep your contact details and other personal information current across SMSU systems.

What You Can Update

Within Account Management, you can update the following information:

  • Personal email address
  • Mailing address
  • Preferred name
  • Phone number
  • Confidential demographic information
  • Emergency contacts

Update Your Personal Email Address

Follow these steps to update your personal email address in E‑Services:

  1. Log in to the E‑Services portal using your StarID and StarID password.
  2. From the left‑hand menu, select Account Management.
  3. Select Demographic Info.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  5. Enter your current personal email address.
  6. Select Submit.
  7. Allow 4–12 hours for the update to sync across systems.
  8. Select Logout in the upper‑right corner of the screen.

Important Notes

  • Updates may not appear immediately due to system synchronization time.
  • Always log out after submitting changes to ensure your updates are saved correctly.
