Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Reset

Request assistance to reset your multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings.

For the reset to be processed your identity must be verified. If you select virtual identification you will need to have your camera on and a valid identification card to show the technician.
Please suggest a time that would be convenient for you to stop by the TRC or meet with us on zoom. If you opted for a virtual meeting a technician will respond with a link to a zoom meeting.
If the time suggested is not available it will be adjusted by a technician and you will be notified of the new meeting time.
