The Report an Internet Connection Problem service allows users to request assistance with wired or wireless internet connectivity issues on the SMSU campus.
The support team will work to identify and resolve problems that affect your ability to connect to the internet or campus network services.

- Problems connecting to Wi‑Fi or ethernet
