1. StarID and Password

How to Create a Ticket for Technical Support

If you encounter any technical issues, you can create a support ticket through the client portal.

  1. Login to the Client Portal: Log in with your StarID@go.minnstate.edu and StarID password.
  2. Search for Required Service: Use the search function to find the service you need or go to Services and then Service Catalog.
  3. Complete the Ticket Request Form: Fill out the form with the necessary details and click Submit.
  4. Track Your Ticket: Once submitted, you can track the progress of your ticket through the Client Portal.
