Use this service to request for assistance with Microsoft office applications. Current Students, Alumni, Faculty and Staff get Microsoft Office 365 provided to them for FREE. The helpdesk is here to assist with installation, account management, and troubleshooting of Office365 and related apps.
The Helpdesk is available to assist with:
- Installation and setup of Microsoft 365 apps
- Account management and access issues
- Troubleshooting application errors or performance problems
- Shared mailbox or calendar access requests
