Overview
The Microsoft 365 (Office) Support service provides assistance with Microsoft 365 applications used at SMSU.
Current students, alumni, faculty, and staff are eligible to receive Microsoft 365 at no cost. This includes popular applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
The Helpdesk is available to assist with installation, account access, and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and related services.

The Helpdesk can assist with:
- Installing and setting up Microsoft 365 applications
- Account access and sign‑in issues
- Troubleshooting application errors or performance problems
- Shared mailbox access requests
- Shared calendar access requests

To request shared mailbox or shared calendar access, submit a service request through the appropriate TeamDynamix service:
